Gute Lage, anders als man es von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Positive: Das Appartement ist rein optisch sehr schön gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist super. Es ist alles jedoch extrem spartanisch und schlecht verarbeitet. Um Sachen zu verstauen wird einem ein 50vm Hängeschrank geboten. Leider ist das Personal, dass uns reinließ extrem unfreundlich und arrogant. Auch die Art der Menschen die man am Pool trifft ist - wahrscheinlich in Miami normal - extrem: von elektrischen Fußfesseln bis hin zu Geräkel. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass hier die Zielgruppe in JGAs besteht und das war’s.

Positive: Excelente ubicación y calidad del departamento. Muy buenas vistas, super moderno. Negative: quizas deberia tener una cocina mejor, solo es para calentar algo, no para cocinar o armar algo. No tiene horno.

Fabulous!! Apartment could do with a little updating here and there but it doesn’t spoil the experience. Positive: Absolutely fantastic location. Cannot fault the amenities or building complex in any way. Negative: The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear particularly in the kitchen area but it’s to be expected of a slightly older apartment. This is totally outweighed by the amazing view and overall experience.

Overall, we are very happy with the stay and we would highly recommend this unit to friends! Positive: we loved the location of this unit! Negative: The dresser drawers and kitchen drawers are starting to show wear. Otherwise, the unit is in excellent shape.
