Nice Stay In A Good Location Positive: The property is in a good location to access Miami ocean drive, the beach, beach club , restaurant etc. The rooms are quite big and clean. The living room is spacious and you have the bay view. Good brightness for all the room and living room. The balcony is very good to relax be it day or night. Pool closes at 7 and open around 12 noon on weekend they close at 8. You do have access to the pool. The lift is fast. You have all you need etc iron, microwave, fridge, freezer etc Good spot for cab pick up and drop off in style. A shop is very close by to buy things. There’s tv in all rooms and there’s subscription on all the paid tv. The agent is very considerate and helps with check in despite the delay in flight. Negative: The bathroom needs a good renovation . The both bathroom are manageable but water leaks out from them so I can’t even look at the walls when bathing as it very irritates. Even when using you have to be careful cos it was careful placed so it can rip off. Don’t be scared just push it back in. Food are left at reception when ordered yet on app it says delivered. So order food end up being cold most times. They won’t come to clean your room, you need to request and it comes with a fee. Where that should be standard when compared to the hotel price itself which will offer it as a service. You have to get rid of the rubbish which should have been done with house cleaning. No replaceable bin bags.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau Positive: Aussicht, Pool und die Fahrräder in der Wohnung Negative: Klimaanlage lief nicht gut. 2 Tage Totalausfall. Küche billig und in die Jahre gekommen. Wirklich sauber war sie auch nicht, wohl durch das Alter. Es fehlte Bettwäsche für die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau und dem hohen Preis geschuldet. Für 600€ die Nacht, sollte die Ausstattung tiptop sein.

Bra beliggenhet, og fine fasiliteter på stedet. Positive: Beliggenhet. Kort vei til Miami Beach, og Miami Beach city. Buss til Miami downtown går rett i nærheten. Bassengområde på stedet, og fantastisk utsikt fra rommet. Wi-Fi inkludert. Negative: Ingenting
