Great apartment & location
Positive: Great communication with letting management. Amazing views and pool.
Negative: Building seems to attract a young posers with some attitude. A lot of beyonces walking around. This filtered out after the weekend.

I left a few hours after arriving (in the middle of the night), even though i lost all my money! It was that bad.
Negative: So bad i had to post my first review ever!
Pictures are nice but place is total shit… folding bed, worst mattress i ever slept on, not clean…. My bathroom had not even been cleaned, i litterrally found pubic hairs on the toilet seat.

Weekend in South Beach
This location right on the water is wonderful to sit out and watch the boats. The balcony was well appointed and has a great view! Being on the bay was a great location, very walkable and felt very safe. Whole Foods was a 2 minute walk and great to have near by. The unit has everything you need .
